Communication between the Production department and the Maintenance department has also improved (reducing machine breakdown times). Managing the health and safety stock as well as the warehouse for machine replacement parts has been amazing. Currently, I believe that without it, we would not be able to manage the system. The most important part for me is that my employees know how many work orders are left to be completed and what the priorities are. Technicians have access to all tasks in real time.
