As for the benefits brought to you by even partial implementation of the system, it would definitely be the possibility of an easy and direct transfer of more serious failures- which maintenance is not always possible even during the second or third shift. Reporting a failure by scanning the QR code on the machine has virtually eliminated the imprecisions such as which device was cumbersome. Saving all of the requests within the system also gives one an excellent overview of which machines were causing the most problems. The possibility to chat with an actual person while reporting a problem allows you to easily rid of potential doubts and make sure that the measures undertaken were indeed sufficient.
