The QRmaint system increased the competitiveness of our services within the property management industry. We have been using the QRmaint software since January 2019. We use the system to support our work which is technical maintenance of properties. We have been very pleased with the functionalities and features of the system. QRmaint works perfectly both in the case of failure reporting by administrators and when scheduling periodic maintenance on properties that we manage.
The QRmaint system helped us to streamline the data and simplify our communication with the clients. Once the application was implemented, all our clients (administrators and the community managers) were granted access to the tasks and schedules- which was met with enthusiasm.
The system is very intuitive and easy to use, both on computers and smartphones. The system is being still developed which is great, since it can be adjusted to the needs of the current existing clients.

Reporting a failure by scanning the QR code on the machine has technically ruled out any inaccuracies concerning the device affected by the problem submitted. Saving all the requests within the system results in an excellent overview of which machines are causing issues the most.
