For the QRmaint system, a Work Order is a specific, precisely described activity that must be performed on a device or object by a delegated employee/employees. The task is assigned a number #WO-XX , where XX are the next free numbers assigned by the QRmaint system.
Bypassing the reporting path, Work Orders can be issued by an administrator, technician or operator operating the ANDON panel using an appropriately set profile (consent to reporting faults is indicated).
In order for the report to be processed as a Work Order, it must be approved by a technician or the administrator of the QRmaint system.

An additional category of Work Order are tasks automatically generated from the prevention plan.
