User Permission Settings #
- In your web browser, enter the address https://app.qrmaint.com
- Log in to your QRmaint system administrator account.
- From the main menu, select Settings and then Users & Teams .
- Go to the USERS tab .
- Select the user for whom you want to configure permissions.
- After opening the user form, go to the PERMISSIONS tab .
- Change the permission by toggling the options: Allowed/Blocked or Visible/Hidden
- Confirm the change by clicking Yes .

Tasks #
Permission Name | Description |

Editing an open task – “Details” tab only | You can allow or block a user from editing the DETAILS tab of a task. |
Editing a closed task | You can allow or block a user from editing a closed task. |
Deleting a task | You can allow or block a user from deleting tasks. |
Assigning a task implementer – person, team, service provider | You can allow or block a user from assigning people to complete tasks. |
Editing the task completion time – your own stopwatch | You can allow or block a user from editing the task completion time that was counted by the stopwatch of the user performing the task. |
Editing task completion time – total time + all stopwatches | You can allow or block a user from editing the task completion time that was counted by both the summary counter and the stopwatch of the user performing the task. |
Reopening a closed task | You can allow or block a user from reopening a closed task. |
Marking an object (machine, tool) for cleaning and disinfection | You can allow or block a user from marking an object (machine, tool) for cleaning and disinfection. |
Confirmation of cleaning and disinfection of the object (machines, tools) | You can allow or block the user from confirming that cleaning and disinfection has been performed. |

Taking parts outside the task | You can allow or block the user from downloading parts outside of the task. If the user has this function blocked, then downloading parts will only be possible during work on the task (task form -> PARTS tab -> Add part). |

Fulfilling demands | You can allow or block a user from performing actions in the PARTS WAREHOUSE module (receiving parts to the warehouse, taking parts from the warehouse, correcting the stock level or transferring parts between warehouses). |
Accepting/rejecting requests | You can allow or block a user from fulfilling requisitions. This feature should be allowed for warehouse workers and order fulfillers. |
Visibility of all demands | The user can have or not have access to the all requests module. By default, the user only has access to the requests they have submitted. Grant this permission if you want the user to have insight into all active requests. |
Adding requests | You can allow or block a user from adding new requisitions. |
