Permission management

User Permission Settings #

1. In your web browser, enter the address https://app.qrmaint.com
2. Log in to your QRmaint system administrator account.
3. From the main menu, select Settings and then Users & Teams .
4. Go to the USERS tab .
5. Select the user for whom you want to configure permissions.
6. After opening the user form, go to the PERMISSIONS tab .
7. Change the permission by toggling the options: Allowed/Blocked or Visible/Hidden
8. Confirm the change by clicking Yes .

List of permissions #

Works #

Permission Name	Description
Editing an active work order – only ‘Details’ tab	You can allow or block a user from editing the DETAILS tab of a task.
Editing a closed work order	You can allow or block a user from editing a closed task.
Deleting a work order	You can allow or block a user from deleting tasks.
Assigning a work order executor – a user, team, service provider	You can allow or block a user from assigning people to complete tasks.
Editing a work order labor time – own stopwatch	You can allow or block a user from editing the task completion time that was counted by the stopwatch of the user performing the task.
Editing a work order labor time – total labor time + all stopwatches	You can allow or block a user from editing the task completion time that was counted by both the summary counter and the stopwatch of the user performing the task.
Reopening a closed work order	You can allow or block a user from reopening a closed task.
Marking the equipment for cleaning and disinfection	You can allow or block a user from marking an object (machine, tool) for cleaning and disinfection.
Confirmation of cleaning and disinfection of the equipment	You can allow or block the user from confirming that cleaning and disinfection has been performed.
Allowing the object (machine, equipment) to work	You can allow or block a user from allowing an object (machine, device) to work.

Assets #

Permission Name	Description
Access to module	The user may or may not have access to the ASSETS module .
Manage asset	You can allow or block a user from adding new, editing, and deleting devices.

Locations #

Permission Name	Description
Access to module	The user may or may not have access to the LOCATIONS module .
Manage location	You can allow or block a user from adding new, editing, or deleting locations.

Preventive maintenance #

Permission Name	Description
Access to module	The user may or may not have access to the PREVENTIVE TASKS module .
Manage scheduled work	You can allow or block a user from adding new, editing, or deleting existing preventive tasks.

Inventory stock #

Permission Name	Description
Access to module	The user may or may not have access to the PARTS WAREHOUSE module .
Manage part	You can allow or block a user from performing actions in the PARTS WAREHOUSE module (receiving parts to the warehouse, taking parts from the warehouse, correcting the stock level or transferring parts between warehouses).
Collecting parts	You can allow or block the user from downloading parts outside of the task. If the user has this function blocked, then downloading parts will only be possible during work on the task (task form -> PARTS tab -> Add part).

Purchase request #

Permission Name	Description
Access to module	The user may or may not have access to the PURCHASE REQUEST module .
Purchase request realization	You can allow or block a user from performing actions in the PARTS WAREHOUSE module (receiving parts to the warehouse, taking parts from the warehouse, correcting the stock level or transferring parts between warehouses).
Accept purchase request	You can allow or block a user from fulfilling requisitions. This feature should be allowed for warehouse workers and order fulfillers.
Show all purchase request	The user can have or not have access to the all requests module. By default, the user only has access to the requests they have submitted. Grant this permission if you want the user to have insight into all active requests.
Add purchase request	You can allow or block a user from adding new requisitions.

Vendors and customers #

Permission Name	Description
Access to module	The user may or may not have access to the SUPPLIERS AND CUSTOMERS module .
Manage vendor’s and customer’s data	You can allow or block a user from adding new, editing, and deleting suppliers and customers.

Reports #

Permission Name	Description
Access to module	The user may or may not have access to the REPORTS module .

Evidence of qualification #

Permission Name	Description
Access to module	The user may or may not have access to the QUALIFICATION REGISTER module .
Manage document	You can allow or block a user from adding new, editing and deleting qualification documents of other users (SEP qualifications, welding qualifications, OHS training, etc.)

Downtimes #

Permission Name	Description
Add downtimes	You can allow or block a user from adding downtime. ⓘ Tip Activating a device downtime will affect the metrics calculated for a given device, area or plant, so this function should only be allowed for trained employees.
Delete downtimes	You can allow or block a user from deleting downtime. ⓘ Tip To prevent overuse of downtime removal, this function should be available to the work coordinator.
Edit downtimes	You can allow or block a user from editing downtime.
Access to module – downtimes list	The user may or may not have access to the downtime list.

Summons #

Permission Name	Description
Module visibility	The user may or may not have access to the CALL module .
Canceling summons	You can allow or block a user from canceling ANDON summons. ⓘ Tip To prevent overuse of downtime removal, this function should be available to the work coordinator or production foreman.

Dashboard TV #

Permission Name	Description
Access to module	The user may or may not have access to the DASHBOARD TV module .
Manage dashboard	You can allow or block a user from editing, adding new, or deleting dashboards.

Interactive Plans #

Permission Name	Description
Access to module	The user may or may not have access to the INTERACTIVE PLANS module .
Interactive plan management	You can allow or block a user from editing, adding new, or deleting interactive plans.
