User #
A user of the QRmaint system is a person who has a registered account. Each registered account has its own unique email address. This solution guarantees proper identification of activities performed in the system.
The following types of user accounts have been distinguished in the QRmaint system:

| SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR | Full access to the system. Management of settings and users. |
| TECHNICIAN | Full system access except system settings and user management. Can only delete locations and devices that he created. |
| TECHNICIAN LIMITED | Limited access to tasks (can only see tasks assigned to him or created by him). |
| Free User REGISTERING |
Adding tickets. Access only to tickets that you have created yourself. |
| Free User EXTENDED REGISTERER |
Adding tickets. Access to all tickets from locations assigned to it. |

Team #
A team in the QRmaint system can have different functions. Examples of team functions are: electricians, mechanics, automation, logistics, prevention group, etc. When adding a new team, it will be possible to choose whether the team will be assigned to notifications and tasks or to recalls. The configuration of teams is optional and one user can be assigned to multiple teams.
