For the QRmaint system, a notification is the first step in informing the maintenance or other service supervising the facility about a failure, defect or other undesirable situation.
Standardization of failure and fault reporting processes is one of the basic benefits of implementing the QRmaint system. Obtaining correct data for analysis will ensure easy, real-time and systematized reporting of work requests for all users and, at a later stage, reporting of maintenance or other service activities.
In the QRmaint system, reports should be added by end users of devices or facilities, such as operators, foremen and production leaders, and in the case of real estate – tenants or users of facilities.
There are several ways to submit entries.
