Reason 1: Limited user access to location #
If a user has limited access to selected locations, they will only see tickets and work orders where the selected location matches their access level.

User X has access to the location US NY. This user will see request and work orders assigned to the location US NY. Request and Work Order without a specific location or with the location US ILI assigned will be invisible to user X.
