  1. In your web browser, enter the address https://app.qrmaint.com
  2. Log in to your QRmaint system administrator account.
  3. In the main menu, select Settings and then System
  4. Go to the AUTOMATION RULES tab
  5. Click Add New Rule .
  6. From the drop-down list, select the If start condition .
  7. From the drop-down list, select an optional start condition and .
  8. Select the final action Then from the drop-down list .
  9. Click Save .
