For the use of QRmaint, license fees apply depending on the type of user and license model. You can choose between monthly and annual subscriptions, and there is no minimum number of users— you can use our software with just a single user account. No contracts or long-term commitments are required. If you are not satisfied with QRmaint, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
Each package includes an unlimited number of “requesting users”.

Pricing FAQs
There are 3 types of users that require a paid QRmaint license:
- System administrators, who have full access to the system and
all its functions. . - Technicians, who ahve access to all functions with an exception for system settings and user management.
- Limited technicians, who have access only to their own work orders or those assigned to their team.
The following users are free of charge:
- Requestors: they can report incidents and breakdowns and will see the preview of their reports only, and will have the option to comment on them. The requestors are usually machine operators, tenants, residents, any other clients of the service.
- Location administrators: they can report incidents and breakdowns and access the preview of all reports from the location assigned to them, as well as have the possibility of commenting on them. The location administrators are usually building administrators, community boards, managers.
The packages listed above in the price list are all-inclusive options and have no hidden costs; no additional fees, including activation fees. Your total cost is the cost of the plan you select for each paid user.
The 14-day trial period is completely free of charge; you do not need to enter your credit card number. All you need to do is provide your email address and company name to start testing all QRmaint functions. You can deactivate the app at any time during the 14-day trial period.
Traditional transfers, credit cards and online payments. Transactions are executed via Dotpay. It is also possible to pay via bank transfer upon receipt of a proforma invoice. If that is what you would like to do, get in touch with us: contact@qrmaint.com.
We do not require any contract. Qmaint is a Pay As You Go service. You simply pay your bill on a monthly or yearly basis. If you decide to cancel your account during the billing month, you will not be billed starting the following month.
