System Updates – 7.2024 – 11.2024

Every month, we introduce new updates that enhance the functionality of the CMMS QRmaint system, increasing your operational capabilities. Each new month marks another step toward process optimization and improved efficiency. These enhancements make daily work across various industries even more effective for our clients. In this article, we present our latest updates covering the period from August to November 2024. These new features were introduced in response to customer needs and based on analyses conducted by our specialists, including Tomasz Bober, a maintenance expert with 20 years of experience in the field. July 2024 – Plant Work Schedules Software and More

• Converting Locations to Production Lines:
  Enhanced system flexibility by allowing dynamic assignment of various physical areas to specific production lines.
• Plant, Area, and Production Line Schedules:
  Created a flexible database in our CMMS system to store information on all locations and production lines.
• Improved KPI Calculations (MTBF, MTTR):
  Introduced a more precise method of calculating KPIs (MTBF, MTTR), considering defined work schedules.

August 2024 – Inter-Warehouse Transfers in the Mobile App and More

• Detailed Notification of Issues:
  Implemented a mechanism to inform users of the reason an issue cannot be reported when a dependent device is also malfunctioning.
• Automatic Task Cost Calculation:
  Added functionality to automatically calculate task costs in labor hours based on technician work time and average hourly rates.
• Inter-Warehouse Transfer Feature:
  Extended the mobile app with a module for initiating and approving inter-warehouse transfers.

September 2024 – Help Center Development and More

• Streamlined Basic Data Entry:
  Enhanced mobile app ergonomics with auto-save and real-time validation for basic system data.
• Fix for Spare Part Editing in Preventive Tasks:
  Resolved issues with inconsistent data updates for spare parts in preventive tasks, ensuring data integrity.
• Help Center Implementation:

• New “Improvement Proposal” Field:
  Added to the reporting form to encourage user contributions to app development.
• Service Request Email Copies:
  Automatically sends service request copies to the service provider’s email, improving communication and response time.
• Automatic Period Selection for Requests:
  Simplified period selection in new requests to reduce manual entry errors.

October 2024 – Location Filters in Task Reports and More

• Location Filters in “General Task Report”:
  Enabled filtering for specific areas or production lines to streamline performance analysis.
• Device Maintenance Reports:
  Provides an overview of recent and planned preventive tasks to improve equipment condition monitoring.
• New “Production Area” Entity:
  Added to better represent facility structures and generate detailed reports.
• Area Incident Reports:
  Included detailed breakdowns of events disrupting specific areas or systems.
• Preventive Plans for Subordinate Devices:
  Displayed subordinate device maintenance plans on the main device’s card, consolidating all related data.

November 2024 – NFC Scanner and “Escalations” Module

• NFC Scanner Integration:
  Enabled quick and accurate asset identification to accelerate maintenance processes.
• New “Escalations” Module:
  Added functionality for automatic alerts for specified events like malfunctions, allowing for rapid response and reduced downtime.
