After a careful and in-depth analysis of other service providers, Wielkopolscy Zarządcy Nieruchomości decided to implement QRmaint. We have been a client of QRmaint since September 2019; I highly recommend the system and the company. The QRmaint team has been responsive, flexible and trustworthy and the system itself has made our work much easier. Our clients also appreciate the new process and all its functionalities. The system is still being developed and the promised changes or updates are always implemented in a timely manner. Over the last few months, a number of features have been added to the system and all of them are equally important to our enterprise.

 

The QRmaint has been open to our feedback and willing to listen to our suggestions- such approach is what makes them stand out and we certainly appreciate it. The contact with the team members has been flawless; the right interactions make all the difference in relations between the client and a software provider. All I can say is that the creators of QRmaint are genuinely kind and helpful. We certainly appreciate their laser- sharp focus on our needs, without the all- too- often prevalent marketing messaging that is to us entirely redundant.

 

The fact that we use QRmaint gives us an enormous advantage over other property managing companies, which is why promoting the system is not entirely beneficial to us. However, it would have been unfair to the hardworking team at QRmaint, if we did not agree to provide this recommendation letter. I highly recommend QRmaint to anyone whose work includes either technical maintenance, property servicing or/ and managing.

Reporting a failure by scanning the QR code on the machine has technically ruled out any inaccuracies concerning the device affected by the problem submitted. Saving all the requests within the system results in an excellent overview of which machines are causing issues the most.
