JSP Safety LTD is a company with over 60 years of tradition, specializing in the design and production of innovative solutions in the field of occupational safety. The company’s headquarters is located in Great Britain, and production plants operate in Germany and the United Arab Emirates, among others. Thanks to its global reach and consistent development, JSP is today one of the leading manufacturers of personal protective equipment (PPE – Personal Protective Equipment).
The company designs and manufactures a wide range of personal protective equipment, such as head, face, respiratory and hearing protection. Its offer also includes solutions for securing workspaces, including portable barriers and protective gates, used in stores of large retail chains, as well as goggles, harnesses, half-masks and protection systems designed for work in difficult industrial conditions.
The implementation of the QRmaint system began at the JSP plant in Düsseldorf, Germany, where it quickly gained the recognition of the maintenance team thanks to its clear interface, rich functionality and the ability to analyze data in real time.
Previously, Microsoft Excel was the main tool for planning technical inspections and recording faults. However, over time it turned out that this solution could not keep up with the requirements of modern production. After the successful implementation in Germany, the decision to extend the system to one of the plants in Great Britain was a natural step. The Maintenance Teams emphasize that QRmaint has significantly improved the recording of faults, monitoring the availability of devices and making faster decisions regarding the replacement of automation components.
The positive experience with the system in Worsham and Düsseldorf resulted in the decision to implement QRmaint in all three of JSP’s UK locations: Standlake, Worsham and Carterton.

Looking to the future, we plan to implement QRmaint at all three of our UK sites: Standlake, Oxford and Carterton, which will allow for unified maintenance management and increased efficiency.
QRmaint has already proven its value by helping us track equipment availability and analyze recurring issues. The system allows us to monitor how often individual automation components are failing and provides data to support replacement decisions.
